features designed to make your TV-

enjoyable.
These features include:
M e m o r y L o c k
™
:
an exclusive
technology that saves the device codes
that are programmed into the remote,
even when the batteries are removed.
Unless you buy a new TV or VCR, you
should never have to reprogram your
Centaurus
™
remote control.
M a c r o K e y s :
to allow quick
access to either a specific channel, or
a specific type of channel (movies,
news, sports, etc.) as setup by your
cable provider.
Smart Scan
™
:
allows you to easily
scan through all the available codes
without requiring you to look up the
codes for your TV and VCR.
Couch Mode
™
:
turns the remote off
if any of the keys are pressed
continuously for more than five minutes
(if the remote gets wedged between
cushions in your couch, for example).
DVD Capability:
The UJ3EXP can
operate many popular brands of DVD
(Digital Video Disc) players.

are macro keys
that allow quick access to

your cable provider
NUMBER KEYS
allow
direct access to specific
channels and menu options
CH
changes the
channel up and down
DEVICE KEYS
allow you to
turn on and off your TV, VCR, and
CABLE box. They are also used
to setup the remote control

indicates remote
control activity
FAV
steps through
favorite channels
INFO
displays channel and
program information
EXIT
exits out of
on-screen menus
SELECT
chooses the
highlighted item in the menu

moves the menu
forward and backward

recalls the
