Sheet Extension upgrade.
FMU2.0 (File Management Utility) is supported.
Prohibition against the SMB error at start-up.
The start key is disabled while showing the network start-up until the network is established.
[Please wait. Network starting] appears in the upper line of the operation panel display while waiting until the network is stable.
MP tray size setting improvement.
The MP tray size and media type can be now changed after selecting the MP tray from the Paper Selection display while it was only
available from the system menu before.

SMTP authentication error number change in the Command Center.
The error number is different between the Command Center and the operation panel when a mail is sent out without setting the
authentication to the SMTP authentication server and they are unified
Command Center: Error 0x8009 / Operation Panel: Send Error 3101
Change: Command Center Error No is changed to 3101.
UTAX/TA model names are indicated in the report prints.
The UTAX/TA model names are indicated on the report prints when the destination is set to UTAX/TA.
Pause message change.
Press [Resume All Print Jobs]” appears on the upper part of the main display for copy when pressing [Pause All Print Job] key in the
status display. The message is changed to show where is the key to resume.
New message: “Press [Resume All Print Jobs] in the Status display”
Catalan language support.
The main machine firmware is upgraded to support Catalan as a new optional European language.
Paper setting menu removed from the Quick Setup wizard.
It is the specification that an error occurs at the FAX output if all the cassette sizes are manually set. Therefore, the Paper Setup is
removed from the Quick Setup Wizard and the unnecessary cassette paper size setting is disabled there. (It is available from the system
menu as before).
Corrective measures for the font dropout with a certain PDF data.
Fonts drop out with a certain PDF data. - Therefore, this is corrected.
FAX - Corrective measures for the error at remote diagnostics in the deep sleep mode.
The communication error may appear if the remote diagnostics is conducted in the deep sleep mode while the inbound ringer is set to
once. - Therefore, this is corrected.
Start-up time improvement.
The drum refresh control is disabled 60 minutes after the last print.
It is changed that the regular drum refresh is disabled if the time after the last print is 60 minutes or less at power-up and
restart from the sleep mode.
Switch for the main charge adjustment at low temperature.
The low temp. main charger adjustment is disabled to improve the start-up ttime at low temperature.
[Set Low Temp] is added to the U100 [Main HV Output] to switch on and off the main charge adjustment at low temperature.
Default:
OFF
(Enable the main charge adjustment at low temperature if the image failure appears such as the gray background image.)
