12.1 Ratings and Capacities
• Constructed and hydrostatically tested for maximum
allowable working pressure of 50 psig (pounds per
square inch gauge) (115 kPa) in accordance with
ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section IV,
Rules for Construction of Heating Boilers.
• In USA,
for elevations beyond 2,000-ft reduce
input by 4% for each 1,000-ft above sea level in
accordance with National Installation Code ANSI
Z223.1
• In Canada,
input rate is reduced by 10% for
elevations 2,000-ft to 4,500-ft. Contact Provincial
Authority having jurisdiction for Installations above
4500-ft (1350m) above sea level.
