MASTER plastering machine
17
The pump engine
stops after the
machine has started.
The engine protection
switch has reacted because
the stator is too tightened.
Material remains blocking
the pump.
Pump is blocked because it
worked dry.
Loosen a bit the stator fastening screws and loosen
the worm auger with the turning tool with the
engine stopped.
Dismantle the maintenance worm pump, clean it
and assemble it again.
Control water entry in the mixing tube and
eventually loosen the worm with the turning tool
and start with sufficient water.
The feeder stops
suddenly.
The engine protection has
reacted because:
The bearing gasket is
defective.
An object is blocking the
feed auger.
When the failure is solved, press the engine guard.
Replace bearing gasket.
Take the object out of the material deposit.
The machine stops
while working or
cannot be started
form the spraying gun
after a work
interruption.
Power cut
Lack of water
Aid diffuser blocked
Restore current supply and start the machine from
the pump control (connection block).
Restore current supply and start the machine from
the pump control (connection block).
Stop the machine from the pump control and clean
the air diffuser with the pick handle.
The water level
increases on the
mixing tube with the
machine working.
The turn direction is wrong
There is too much water
The pump pressure (stator)
is too high.
The pump parts are worn.
The material hose is
blocked.
Change position of the manual phase inverter on
the circuit board.
Regulate water slowly by reducing it until we get
the consistency wanted.
With readjustable pumps: adjust stator pressure
depending on material kind and consistency, as
well as the diameter and hose length.
Readjust stator pressure by fastening screws and
readjust material consistency. Eventually replace
stator and rotor. With maintenance free pumps,
assemble new parts and then use the pump with a
higher feed pressure.
Eliminate obstruction in the hose.
