Cleaning the Air Filter
1. For optimal operation, clean the air filter every two weeks.
2. Slide the air filter out from the top of the unit.
3. Rinse the filter in warm water and allow it to dry completely before replacing it.
Cleaning the Unit
• Clean the unit using a soft cloth dampened with water and mild detergent.
• Use a vacuum or brush to clean the air intake and outlet grilles.
• Clean the tank with water and mild detergent every few weeks to prevent the growth of mold,
mildew and bacteria. Do not put the tank in the dishwasher.
Storage
• Wait one day after turning off the unit to empty the water tank.
• Clean the unit, water tank and air filter.
• Wrap the cord and secure it to the back of the unit.
• Store the unit upright in a dry, well-ventilated place.
