Is the scale charged?

Recharge the scale for at least 8 hours 

before first time use or plug in the power 

adaptor before power on the scale.

Is the power adaptor inserted properly into 

both the electricity outlet and the DC inlet 

of scale?

Secure both ends of the power adaptor and 

try again.
