Trouble-shooting
This section lists faults that can be solved simply by following the instructions given. If
another fault is displayed or the fault cannot be remedied, please call Customer Ser-
vices.
Before calling Customer Services, please note down the message in full.

Depending on when the appliance was manufactured, it may have a manufac-
turer’s number (FN) or serial number (SN). There is no difference between the two.

A0 Check outlet
Possible cause
Solution

The drain hose is
blocked, kinked or de-
fective.
▪
The pumping height of
the drain hose is too
high (<1.2 m).
▪
The appliance is connec-
ted to a concealed
double drain trap.
▸ Check part of drain hose that is not housed in appli-
ance.
▸ Remove the cause of the problem.
▸ Acknowledge the message by touching the
button.
▸ Start programme.
If the error appears again:
▸ Note down the message in full and the manufacturer’s
or serial number (FN or SN).
▸ Disconnect the power supply.
▸ Call Customer Services.
… A3 flashes in the display
A3 Clean drum vanes
Possible cause
Solution
▪
The vanes in the wash-
ing drum are dirty or wet.
▸ Check and clean the drum vanes. A cleaning stone is
particularly suitable for this.
