▸ Check and, if necessary, clean the parts (see page
23).
▸ Acknowledge the message by touching the
button.
▸ Start programme.
If the error appears again:
▸ Note down the message in full and the manufacturer’s
or serial number (FN or SN).
▸ Disconnect the power supply.
▸ Inform the caretaker, the owner of the appliance or the
property management company.

▸ Improve the ventilation of the room.

The load is too wet/

▸ Spin washing at higher speed / reduce size of load.

▸ Disconnect the power supply.
▸ Call Customer Services.
▸ Inform the caretaker, the owner of the appliance or the
property management company.
