Trouble-shooting
You may be able to trouble-shoot the following malfunctions yourself. If not, note down
the error message in full (message, F and E numbers) and call Customer Services.

A0 Check outlet

The drain hose is
blocked, kinked or
defective.

The pumping height
of the drain hose is
too high (>1.2 m).

A3 Clean mois-
ture sensor

The moisture sensor
is dirty or wet.
