Cleaning the cooking space
A
After cooking with steam, remove any condensation or food spills from the bottom
of the cooking space.
A
Avoid using abrasive cleaners such as scouring pads, steel wool, etc. as they can
damage the surface.
A
Clean the appliance door with a soft cloth dampened with water. Finish off by pol-
ishing with a soft cloth.
A
To remove dried-on dirt, switch the appliance on for a short period (about 30 min-
utes) beforehand, setting it to the
operating mode and a temperature of
80 °C. This will soften the dirt.
The cooking space can turn somewhat matt after using for a while. This discolouration
is a normal property of stainless steel and affects neither the cooking nor baking func-
tions nor the operation of the appliance.
Removing the shelf guides

of the shelf guides in an anti-clockwise

the holes in the back wall of the cook-
ing space and position on screw.
Screw the knurled nuts

wise direction till tight.
As the temperature sensor and the heating elements in the
cooking space can be easily damaged, care must be taken
not to bend them during cleaning.
