Trouble-shooting
This section lists faults that can be solved simply by following the instructions given. If
the fault cannot be remedied, please contact Customer Services. Before contacting Cus-
tomer Services:
▸ please note down
▪
the serial number (SN), which is shown on the identification plate),
▪
the sequence of events that led to the fault.

Appliance is not work-
ing.

An interruption in the
power supply.
▸ Check the power supply.
▸ Change fuse.
▸ Reset automatic circuit
breaker.
▪
The fuse or circuit
breaker keeps blowing.
▸ Contact Customer Services.
▪
Appliance is faulty.
▸ Contact Customer Services.
Illumination is not work-
ing.
▪
Sabbath mode is active.
▸ Hold the button depressed
for 3 seconds.
▪
If the illumination switches on:
The problem is remedied.
▪
If the appliance switches off
((«off» in the display):
▸ Switch the appliance back on
again and contact Customer
Services.
▸ Check whether an air flow
is perceptible at the air
outlets in the room con-
cerned.
▪
If yes: Door sensor is
faulty.
▪
If no: LED light bulb is de-
fective.
▸ Replace the LED light bulb.
▸ If the door sensor is faulty:
Contact Customer Services.
Illumination is flashing.
▪
Appliance door is left
open for longer than 2
minutes.
▪
Appliance door was not
closed properly.
▸ Close the appliance door.
