What to do if ...
This section lists faults that can be solved simply by following the instructions given. If
another fault is displayed, the fault cannot be resolved or «Contact
V-ZUG» appears in the message, please call Customer Services.
Before calling Customer Services, please note down the error message in full.
... «Fill up fresh water tank» appears
Possible cause
Solution

The fresh water tank is empty
or not filled up enough.
▸ Fill fresh water tank with fresh, cold water.
▸ Push the water tank back in as far as it will go.
... «Empty condensate tank» appears
Possible cause
Solution

The condensed water con-
tainer is full.
▸ Empty the condensed water container.
▪
The condensed water con-
tainer is dirty.
▸ Clean the condensed water container with a little
detergent manually and then rinse out with a suffi-
cient amount of water.

The water tank flap is open.
▸ Press the water tank flap shut.

Solution

The laundry is being cooled
down.
▸ No action is necessary. The laundry can be un-
loaded at any time as long as it is then spread out
to cool down.

A high ambient temperature or
large load extends the cooling-
down phase.
