10. 3. 3. 9. NXP00002V165
•
Hardware compatible with VB00251G and VB00561F or newer.
•
Bug fix: Encoder fault F41_S9 is given if trying to start PM-motor without the
encoder identification done if absolute encoder or resolver used.
•
Bug Fix: If control have been connected to 690V power unit, and the control is after
that connected only to +24V: F2_S2 possible for no reason.
•
Bug fix: If two or more warning or autoreset fault at the same time and one is
reseted then other warning/fault text is wrong.
•
Bug fix: If Start Function in autoreset fault is different than normal StartFunction
then autoreset Start Function was not selected in every situation.
10. 3. 3. 10. NXP00002V166
Replaced version: NXP00002V165.VCN
Changes in system software:
•
Revision 165 did not support ready-state when evacuation mode (special applica-
tions) and low dc-bus voltage.
•
Frequency limit conditions of the stall protection function was not active in revision
165 but protection was active through whole frequency area.
•
When downloading parameters from panel and the parameter value is not within
the allowed max. / min. range of unit, the parameter is set to default value.
Changes in applications:
•
All applications: If one reset input was active, the unit did not accept reset from
other source. (For instance when I/O terminal reset was high, reset via Profibus was
not possible).
•
Local/Remote control: When mode 0 was selected to Place A Start/Stop logic
(P2.2.1), the Reverse input did not work. Corrected.
•
Local/Remote control: Reading of analogue inputs did not work when corresponding
input filtering time was set down to 10 ms. Corrected.
•
Multipurpose (ASFIFF06V311): When Motor Potentiometer function with no reset
was used and max. fre motor potentiometer reference were over 50 Hz
when power was switched on, the frequency did not rise above 50 Hz. Corrected.
•
Pump and fan control: DC braking parameter P2.2.6.15 can be now changed when
unit is running.
•
Multipurpose (APFIFF06V108): When fieldbus reference scalings (Parameters 2.91
& 2.92) were used, the unit was able to run frequencies under set minimum fre-
quency in case fieldbus reference was under set min. freq.
•
Multipurpose (APFIFF06V108): When closed loop drive was controlled by Profibus
and stop 1 (bit # / 0 / by ramp) was used, the unit was remaining to run 0 speed if
torque on motor shaft was requested = actual output frequency 0<f<0. Corrected
so that stop status is accepted when FreqRampOut goes down to 0 instead of copar-
ing to the value of the actual frequency. (When controlled by Profibus, the control
word bit # 3 is preferred to use for start/stop purpose, due then stop mode are fol-
