1. Safety
1.1 Introduction
The brake bleeder is a pressurized air operated unit that sucks the brake fl uid out of the
brake circuit.To avoid any damage to the brake system, always follow the instructions
provided by the vehicle manufacturer for service/repair of the brake system. Do not
change or modify any part of the brake bleeder unit. Do not operate the brake bleeder
without the supplied silencer. Follow the local laws and regulations when handling
brake fl uid. The brake service must only be performed by a qualifi ed person.
1.2 Warnings / Safety precautions
Do not use the brake bleeder for other than brake fl uids.
Do not use for explosive fl uids, the unit may explode.
Make sure the safety valve works properly at any time.
Disregard of above warnings can cause severe injuries or death.
Under no circumstances re-use the old contaminated brake fl uid
collected in the canister. Dispose it safely in accordance with your
local regulations.
