The Control Station generates a
seed box drive alarm!
In case of doubtful drive:
- Check whether the drive wheel has been lowered and
drives against the ground.
- Check the transmission between the drive wheel and
the seed boxes.
In case of a defective sensor:
- Check the sensor operation. See ”
- Check whether the tooth wheel in the seed box is dam-
aged.
- Check whether the inductive detector is sufficiently
close to the rotating tooth wheel. Adjust if necessary.
The area meter/speedometer
has no indication or an incorrect
indication!
- Does the sensor receive a signal from the drive wheel
shaft sensor under the chain guard? Disassemble the
guard and inspect the sensor. See ”
- Check the cable, connector and connection of the sen-
sor.
- Has the correct drive wheel circumference been pro-
grammed into the Control Station (usually 240 cm)?
See ”
3.20.3 Programming” on page 57.
- The value increases in case of too small an area or too
low a speed.
- The value decreases in case of too large an area or too
high a speed.
The tramline doors seize!
- Are the doors blocked or wedged up due to seed or
rubbish?
In this case dismantle the glass cover on the distribu-
tor head and clean.
The drilling depth of the centre
and side section differs!
- Check whether the long ram rod of the folding ram is
completely extended and that the rod does not slowly
retract during driving.
- Check the weight transfer setting. See
- Check the setting of the master and slave systems. See
