14.2 SMGM maintenance
SMGM control components

No repeat maintenance work is required on the SMGM modules.
SMGM mechanical components
A visual inspection of the general system condition shall be carried out. This includes in particular the following
points:

No mechanical damages.
•
Appraise the wear (transitions, profile and mobile coupler).
•
Secure fit of the cable installation (connection and extension cables).
•
Remove kinks and loops in the HF cables (unwanted).

Information on reusing the SMGM/X electronic components
For later reuse, the SMGM/X electronic components must be packaged so they are
protected against impact and moisture. The original packaging offers optimal protec-
tion.
When using the SMGM/X electronic components again, proceed as for the initial in-
stallation/commissioning.
