By activating various check programmes, you can trigger
special functions on the product.

Purging check programme:
The heating pump is actuated cyclically.
The heating circuit and the hot water circuit are
purged via the automatic air vent on the heat pump
(the automatic air vent's cap must be loosened).
The purge programme always begins with the hot
water circuit (short heating circuit = 7 minutes and
30 seconds) and ends with the heating circuit
(2 minutes and 30 seconds).

Note
The purge programme runs for 10 minutes and then
ends.
Purging the hot water circuit:
3-port valve in the hot water position.
Heating pump cycle:
Five seconds on, five seconds off. Domestic hot
water pump at full capacity in continuous operation.
At the end of the purging cycle, the domestic hot wa-
ter circuit must be purged using the manual domestic
hot water purging valve.
Purging the heating circuit:
3-port valve in the heating position; heating pump
controlled as specified above.

Maximum load check programme:
After successful ignition, the product is operated at
maximum heat input.

Minimum load check programme:
After successful ignition, the product is operated at
minimum heat input.

Filling mode check programme:
The 3-port valve is moved to the mid-position. The
burner and pump are switched off (to fill or drain the
product).

Checking leak-tightness
The solar pump is started up in order to check the
tightness of the circuit.

At the end of the programme, purge the solar circuit.

Note
If the product is in error condition, you cannot start
any check programmes. You can detect an error
condition by the fault symbol shown in the left
bottom corner of the display. You must first reset.
To terminate the check programmes, you can press
Cancel
at any time; this does not apply for initial start-up, however.
The purging cycle must be completely carried out once so
that the burner can ignite.
