4. Remove the cable duct cover above the area reserved for the safety barriers.
5. Mount the DL4000 data logger (or loggers), as shown in the following steps.
6. Assemble the data logger holder.
a. Place the data logger in the logger holder.
b. Fit the cover into place.
c. Tighten the screw by hand.
7. Connect the logger data cable to the RS-232 serial port in the data logger.
Use a small flat head screwdriver to tighten the screw attached to the connector.
8. Mount the data logger on the DIN rail, preferably at the right-hand end of the rail.
Rest the logger holder locking mechanism on the DIN rail and push down firmly. This
will click the device into place.
