LED display in normal operation
• Should a malfunction occur, the corresponding LED fault indicator switches on and an error
code is displayed (display on a loop).
• During normal operation, the corresponding LED indicator is on, indicating the current ope-
rating mode of the refrigerator.
If you have problems with your appliance or think that it is not working properly, you can carry
out a few simple checks before contacting the customer services department by referring to the
table below: Warning! Do not try to repair the appliance yourself. Contact a qualified electrician,
an approved maintenance technician or the store from which you purchased the appliance if the
problem persists after you have checked the following points.

The appliance does not work
properly.
Check whether the supply cable is properly connected.
Check the fuse or your power supply circuit and make any necessary
replacements.
The ambient temperature is too low. Try to increase the temperature
in the room.
Odours in the compartments
The interior of the appliance may need to be cleaned.
Certain foods, containers or packaging may give off odours.
Noises in the appliance
The following noises are fairly common:
• Noise of the compressor in operation.
• Rattling before the compressor starts.
Other unusual noises caused by the following may require your
intervention:
• The appliance is not level.
•
The back of the appliance is touching the wall.
•
Bottles or containers or rolling or falling.
It is normal to hear frequent noise coming from the motor, which
will run more under the following conditions:
• The temperature settings are colder than necessary.
