Defrosting the freezer
• The freezer compartment defrosts automatically and does
not require any manual intervention.
Replacing the light bulbs in the freezer and refrigerator
Light source in this product can only be replaced by qualified
professionals.
Please contact after-sales
service if the light source fails.
The light source shall be
removed at the end of the
product’s useful life,
with sorting and recycling

Stoppage of the refrigerator
• If it has not been used for a long time
Disconnect the power supply to avoid any risk of electric shock
or fire due to worn plugs.
• In the event of a power cut
You should avoid opening the door as much as possible. In
addition, it is not advisable to add new food products in addition
to those already in the refrigerator.
• Before disposing of the refrigerator
Before disposing of your refrigerator at the end of its life, remove
the doors to prevent children from being stuck inside the
appliance, which could cause accidents.
Troubleshooting
Please read the following information carefully before contacting us about repair problems.
Problem
Cause / Solution
The device does
not work.
• Make sure that the product is connected properly and the power
supply is working.
Faulty cooling
system.
• The temperature is set at the maximum position (lower it).
• The refrigerator contains too much food.
• Hot or lukewarm food has been put in the refrigerator.
• The doors are opened frequently or left open for long periods.
• Heat source in the vicinity.
Excessive noise.
• The ground is uneven or the refrigerator has not been levelled
properly. Make sure that the appliance has been correctly installed.
The food is
frozen.
• The refrigerator is installed in an area which is exposed to wind.
Smells
• Food which gives off a certain smell must be tightly wrapped.
• Rotten food.
• The interior needs to be cleaned.
Please contact our after sales service if the problem persists after checking the points mentioned
above. If the power cable is damaged, the repair must be carried out by one of our engineers to
avoid all risks.
Malfunction
The coolant is flowing very quickly through the capillary tube and the air pockets sometimes collide.
This is why you may hear an irregular noise when closing the door. When the moisture level is too
high, the edges of the refrigerator door may be slightly damp and should be wiped down with a
dry cloth.
