Energy saving tips
• Do not install the appliance near ovens, radiators or any other sources of heat.
• Make sure that the appliance is kept open from a minimal amount of time.
• Do not adjust the temperature to a colder setting than is necessary.
• Make sure that the side and rear plates of the appliance are at a certain distance from teh
wall and follow the installation instructions.
• If the diagram indicates the correct combination of drawers, crisper and shelves, do not
change the combination as this would affect the energy consumption.
Tips for refrigerating fresh food
• Do not store hot food or evaporating liquids in the appliance.
• Do not cover or wrap food, particularly if they have strong flavours or smells.
• Position food so that air can flow freely around it.
Advice relating to refrigeration
•
Meat (all types)
: should be wrapped in polyethylene (plastic) bags and placed on the top
glass shelf for a maximum of one or two days.
•
Cooked food, cold dishes
, etc... : these products should be covered and may be placed on
any of the shelves.
•
Fruits and vegetables
: these products should be cleaned and placed in the special drawer
provided.
•
Butter and cheese
: these products should be placed in aluminium foil or polyethylene
(plastic) bags, taking care to remove as much air as possible.
•
Bottles of milk
: these products should be fitted with a lid and stored in the bottle rack in
the door.

Changing the Light

Light source in this product can only be replaced by qualified professionals.
Please contact after-sales service if the light source fails.
The light source shall be removed at the end of the product’s useful life, with sorting and
recycling done separately.
