to is products. The use of gas with different characteristics, like low quality or 
dubious source will cause low refrigeration efficiency and it will also damage the 
equipment components.

We recommend the preventive change of the oil of the air conditioning system
every 2 years or 10.000 hours of work, whichever occurs sooner.

Drying Filter

We recommend the preventive change of the drying filter every 3 years. In case 
of complete loss of gas pressure load, we recommend replacing the drying filter, 
to eliminate impurities that may be coupled inside the system.

WARNING: refrigerant shall NEVER be discharged straight into the 
atmosphere.

               SAY NO TO RECONDITIONED OR REFURBISHED PARTS.

The application of reconditioned parts will decrease the efficiency of the air 
conditioner  and  will  overload  the  electrical  system  and  may  cause 
premature breakage.

Cleaning the air ducts shall be carried out periodically every three months, and 
this length of time may be reduced, depending on the use frequency of the air 
conditioning system, the number of persons carried and the aggressiveness of 
the  vehicle's  environment.  This  cleaning  is  responsibility  of  the  owner  of  the 
vehicle, it will bear all the poor air offered to its passengers.

NOTE: Ducts are components of the bus body.

For longer belt life, then the tension must be as low as possible paying attention 
to NOT having pulleys sliding (skidding) on pulleys.
The  low  voltage  causes  the  sliding,  generating  excessive  heat  in  the  belts, 
causing premature breaks. Excessive voltage decreases the service life of the 
belts, bearings and bushings, it can cause internal damage to the motor of the 
vehicle and compressor.
After changing the belts, check the belt tension in the first 48 hours of operation. 
It  is  recommended  not  to  use  different  brands.  Install  sets  with  diameter  / 
length of the same series and do not use new belts mixed with old straps. The 
use of the equipment having one or more belts missing for long time may cause 
uneven  pulley  problem.  This  will  make  it  impossible  to  properly  install  new 
ones.
