Hook-up (High voltage)
The opening of the AC / DC control head and its hook-up may only
be carried out by appropriately qualified personnel (see 3.1.)!
ATTENTION:
– The indicated wire cross sections are to be observed.
– Route the electrical cables so their insulation will not be
damaged (i.e. wedging, temperature exposure, kinks, chafing).
– Unused connectors must be protected by dummy plugs / caps.
12.1. AC/DC and DC/DC control head hook-up
The hook-up of the AC/DC and DC/DC control head is done at the small
distribution board according to the connecting schematic plan in figure
9 and figure 10.
For this the hood of the control head is to be removed.
The cables are then routed through their respective cable glands (see
Fig. 8) to the small distribution board and connected according to the
hook-up plan.
After connecting the cables, tighten the cable glands as shown in Figure
17 and install the hood.
