4.7.6. Switch off the machine and wait for the machine to come to a complete standstill before putting
the ma-chine down.
5. Cleaning and maintenance:
5.1. Always ensure that the machine is unplugged from the power source when carrying out any
maintenance on it.
5.2. Regularly check that all the fixing screws are properly tightened.
5.3. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breaking parts, and any other condition that
may affect the power drills operation.
5.4. If damaged, have the power drill serviced before using. Many accidents are caused by poorly
maintained tools.
5.5. Only use accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer for this model. Accessories
that may be suitable for one tool may become hazardous when used on another.
5.6. Only use mild soap and a damp cloth to clean the tool. Never let any liquid get inside the tool;
never immerse any part of the tool into a liquid.
5.7. The brushes should be checked periodically and worn-out brushes should be replaced in time.
After replacing, inspect whether the new brushes can move freely in the brush hol der. Keep running
the motor for 15 minutes on no load.
5.8. Keep the vent passage clear from dirt, clean off the accumulated dust and oil dirt periodically
5.9. During normal operation, if anything happens, the power supply should be cut off at once and
the tool should be checked and repaired
