Always concentrate fully on what you are
doing. Use common sense. Never use the
machine when you are feeling tired or drowsy.

The use of accessories other than those re-
commended in this instruction manual may
cause accidents or injury.
24. Have the machine repaired only by qualified
professional technicians.
This electric tool complies with all required
safety standards. Repairs must be carried out
by qualified technicians and only original spare
parts must be used. Otherwise, the operator
may face serious danger when using this tool.
25. Power supply.
Connect the machine to a battery with the
correct voltage. Check that the battery voltage
corresponds to the one indicated on the ma-
chine’s technical data plate.
26. Do not use the machine if damaged, incor-
rectly regulated, or assembled incompletely
or unsafely. Do not use the machine if the
on/off switch does not function correctly. Do
not repair electric switches yourself. Take the
machine to an authorised customer service
centre for controls and repairs.
27. Do not carry out operations or repairs for
which you have no competence or experience.
28. Do not use the machine with only one hand!
This may cause serious injury to the people
helping you or those in the immediate area.
The machine was designed to be used with
both hands.
29. The machine was designed for occasional
domestic use. It was not designed for heavy
duty or continuous jobs.
30. Never use extension leads of any type for
the electric cable.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
This tool was designed for domestic use and
should not be used for heavy duty or for com-
mercial activities.
WARNING! Before carrying out any work on the
tool, disconnect it from the battery.
WARNING! Each assembly and maintenance
intervention must be carried out by an operator
with the appropriate physical and intellectual
requirements.
CONNECTING THE POWER SUPPLY CABLE (9,Fig.A)
Before using the machine, you must connect the
power supply cable using the screw connector
(2, Fig.A).
Pay attention to the guides on the connector by
aligning those of the male plug with those of
the female plug.
Insert the two pins, then screw the safety ring.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE TELESCOPIC ROD (5, Fig.A)
Loosen the lacing (7, Fig.A) by turning it anti-
clockwise.
Extend the rod to the desired size.
Close the ring (7, Fig.A) by turning clockwise.
MACHINE USE
N.B. Always wear protective clothing before
starting to use the machine.
- Position the switch (1, Fig.A) on 0/OFF
- Connect the machine clamps (3 Fig. A) to the
12V battery poles paying attention to respect
the polarity (red positive pole +, black negative
pole -).
- Keep the working combs away from people
and animals and firmly hold the rear hand grip
and the rod.
- Carefully approach the combs that swing to
the plant.
- Switch on the machine using the ON/OFF
switch (1 Fig. A) and start working.

Do not overload the machine to improve
the shake efficiency and avoid any failure.
- To stop the machine, position the switch on
the 0/OFF position.
WARNING! Do not expose the machine and the
12V power supply source to rain.
MAINTENANCE
WARNING! Before cleaning the machine or
carrying out any maintenance operations,
make sure that the power supply source is
disconnected.
Some parts of the machine are subject to wear
under normal operation. Therefore, they must
be replaced periodically.
In case of doubt or difficulty, contact an au-
thorized service center.
