- SAVED DATA DESTINATION FOLDER
This box shows the destination of the data transfer process (where the data will be stored for future
processing/analysis). When ABT-DAQ was installed, this location was chosen by default. You may
change this location to another folder on your computer, but you'll have to create your own shortcuts to
the new location. If you choose to uninstall ABT-DAQ, this folder and its contents will be left on your
PC, preserving your data files. The exact location of this folder will vary with the Windows
TM
version
you are running:
-
for Windows 98 and Me this location will be: C:\Windows\All Users\Documents\SPC-4 Bolt Data
-
for Windows 2000 and XP this location will be: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Shared Documents\SPC-4 Bolt Data
-
for Windows Vista this location will be: C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\SPC-4 Bolt Data

- IDLE TIMER SELECTOR
The idle timer will automatically power down the HHU after the selected time to conserve batteries
(this is applicable only if the HHU is NOT connected to the PC - in USB mode, the HHU will not
power down). The default setting is 5 minutes. To change this value, make your selection and click on
the "
Set Timer
" button. The idle timer will start counting after the last key-press is detected on the
HHU. When prompted, pressing any key (other than “
ON
/
OFF
” or “
Backlight
”) will reset the idle
timer and give you another 5 or 10 minutes of operation.
