DETECTION IN OVERGROWN AREAS WITH THE UXO SEARCH HEAD
The round UXO search head is recommended for the detection of unexploded
ordnances like shells, bomblets and other ammunition parts.
As the round UXO search head has a large penetration depth, it is
recommended to keep a distance of approx. 20 cm to the ground.
This facilitates not only the swinging movements in dense vegetation but
allows the safe detection of bomblets as well.
NOTE:
The SOP’S have absolute priority to any
instruction manual.
NOTE:
Move the search head continuously as the
detection system has a dynamic function
principle and adapts itself continuously to the
soil.
