we recommend to tighten the cup onto the cover by hand; normal tightening is sufficient to ensure
that the installation is leak proof
The filtering cartridge use period depends on water quality and charging level.
Recommendation:
If you replace the cartridge by a granular activated carbon cartridge, at first use it tends to release a fine
powder in water, until becoming fully wet.
Thus, on first use or when replacing the granular activated carbon cartridge, let the water flow for a few
minutes until it becomes clear.
Warranty
The warranty period is 24 months from the purchasing date, provided the technical instructions specified
in the manual are complied with. The warranty does not cover consumables (cartridges) and defects
which were not reported during the warranty period or which are due to improper use. The warranty is
claimed based on a proof of purchase (fiscal receipt, invoice). The cases not covered by the warranty are
regulated by the relevant consumer protection legislation.
Cartridge use period:
3 months - mechanical filter
6 months - activated carbon filter
24 months - washable PP filter, washed if needed
