CAUTION  

Before installing the battery, remove the key from 
the Control Panel of your generator.

Set the battery holder on the frame and secure it with the 
screw, washer and nut as shown in the drawing. 
Place the battery on the battery holder. 
Secure  the  battery  using  the  brackets  attach  on  the 
battery holder.
Identify the red and black wires with positive and negative 
electrodes of the battery.
Connect  the  red  wire  to  the  positive  terminal  of  the 
battery  and  the  black  wire  to  the  negative  terminal. 
(See Fig.
Handle the battery carefully as it contains highly corrosive 
acid and can cause burns. Never connect the red wire to 
black, this can cause damage to physical integrity and 
the equipment.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Before starting your generator, you must install the following 
components:  Handles, wheel kit, and battery holder (battery 
is not included).

HANDLE INSTALLATION

Unpack  and  inspect  all  parts  to  see  if  there  are  not 
missing or defective parts. 
Find the 2 handles, the bolts and the pins.
Attach the handle to the frame using the holes to set 
the handles.
Insert the bolt to hold the handle to the frame.
Set the pin in the bolt hole.
Repeat operations 3, 4 and 5 for the next handle

WHEEL INSTALLATION

Before mounting the wheels, make sure they are inflated 
to a pressure between 15 psi and 20 psi, not exceeding 
24 psi, as this could cause damage to you.
Insert  the  shaft  to  the  base  through  the  hubs  of  the 
frame.
Support the generator in blocks of wood to a sufficient 
height that allows the assembly of the rim and place the 
spacing rings on both sides.
Insert both wheels on the axle and secure with pins.

FRONT SUPPORT INSTALLATION

Place  the  generator,  without  tires  on  wooden  blocks, 
allowing a place to install the front support.
Attach the front support to the frame with screws provided 
and tighten securely, as shown in the drawing.
