Function
Description
Stand-by
The control lamp lights up when the machine has been at
a standstill for ten minutes. This signals that the machine is
ready for operation. You can return to the online status by
pressing any icon.
Sous-vide
This function can be used to prepare packaging for the
sous vide cooking method.
for solid products, e.g. meat and root vegetables
for soft products, e.g. fish and cucurbits
for particularly soft products, e.g. delicate vegetables
Turn the rotary knob to select the desired setting. The pro-
gramme is activated by pressing the rotary knob.
Adjustable
sealing time
When the machine is switched on, the sealing time can be
set between 0.0 and 8.0 seconds. When the rotary knob
stops at this symbol, the symbol lights up and shows the
sealing time. The sealing time can now be set by pressing
the rotary knob once.
