Daily Maintenance
Cleaning and Storing the Scooter
•
If you find any stains on the electric scooter housing, use a soft damp cloth to
wipe the vehicle. You can also use a cleaner or toothpaste to clean the scooter,
then wipe it clean with a damp cloth. If you find scratches, use sandpaper or
other grinding materials for polishing.
Warning: do not use alcohol petrol
kerosene or other corrosive solutions for volatile chemicals solvents to clean the
scooter. This will cause serious damage to the scooters body and can disrupt the
structure of the internal elements.

Do not use strong water pressure when cleaning the electric scooter, and make
sure the scooter is off. After charging the scooter, always remember to insert the
plug back into the charging connector to avoid water damage or electric shock.

When not in use store the scooter in a cool dry place. Do not leave the scooter in
extremely high or low temperatures as this can cause rapid aging of the scooter’s
body and wheels and/or reduce the battery life.
Maintenance of the Electric Scooter’s Battery

Do not replace batteries with one from another brand. They may be incompatible
and can cause electrical issues.
•
Do not open or disassemble the battery as this can cause electric shock. Avoid
contact with metal objects to prevent battery malfunction or user injury.
•
It is recommended to use the original AC adapter.
•
Improper disposal of used batteries and adapters can cause environmental
pollution. Please dispose of batteries in accordance with local laws. Please do
not dispose of use batteries with food waste.

After each use of the scooter, charge the battery to prolong its life. Avoid letting
the scooter’s battery deplete as this will shorten the battery lifespan.
•
Do not store scooter battery in places with temperatures that exceed 50°C or -
20°C. Do not leave the battery near fire or heat sources. These actions can
deteriorate the battery causing overheating or malfunction.
•
If the scooter has not been used in 30 days, charge the scooter battery
periodically and store in a cool dry place. The scooter battery should be charged
at least every 60 days to avoid battery failure.
•
When using the device at a normal temperature, the battery last for a much
greater distance with better performance. If you use the scooter at extreme
temperatures, the performance and permeability will decrease. You can check
remaining distance in the application.
Note: A fully charge scooter runs about
120-180 days of standby time. The battery has a smart chip that stores
information about its charging. If you do not charge the battery for a long time, it
can cause serious damage which it is impossible to fix again. This kind of
damage is not included in free warranty service.
