ROCEDURE
Assemble the machine per the following procedure:
(We recommend completing the machine with the assistance of another person) The
instructions stating left and right apply to when viewed from the operator’s position.

from under the handlebars. For the F-580BiS machine, first, remove its battery

box.

Grab the machine, using its gripping points at the front

and in the back

and remove it from its box. Upon removing the
machine from its box, it is possible to use its front gripping point - working tool cover

as well.

Turn the handlebars

and fit it onto the tube in the frame rear section. For bolt

select one the three
handlebars openings, which determine the handlebars height, and one of the frame tube openings. Insert the bolt from the left,
fit flat washer

, and fasten the handlebars with their wing nut

. The control lever bowden cables must not be crossed - this
would reduce their service life!
4)
Remove the tightening straps from the
bag with manuals
attach the bowden cables to the handlebars at the top end of the
handlebar tube bend. The attachment only requires 2 cable ties.
5)
Remove the paper insert from the working space cover, tilt the machine back onto its handlebars, so that the rear of the frame
rests on the washer, and secure the machine against being folded back. Following

remove the M8 bolts

)
holding the working space attached to the machine frame. Hook

spur frame

into
groove

in the
machine frame. Fold the spur arm, so that the spur arm openings are aligned with the machine frame ones. You will feel a light
springing. Insert
bolts

through the openings and install
nuts

. Tighten the bolts using two No. 13 spanners.

OMMISSIONING
The machine may be shipped without its engine operating fluids
(depending on different national regulations)!
First, carefully read the Operating Instructions
for the use of the engine! You will prevent the damage of
the engine.

Check the engine oil level or fill the engine with the specified type and amount of oil. Fill the tank with the
prescribed quantity and type of petrol.
The cold (first) engine start varies with every engine type. Engines with mechanical chokes (
HONDA
and
VARI
) require starting with
their hand-held choke activated by the accelerator lever in position

engines are engaged per the engine temperature and do not require any operator intervention. Accelerator lever in position

Engine starting are divided per their starting methods into:
Manual
- Pulling a hand starter cord.
Electrical (battery)
- Pressing a start panel button.
