1.2.10 Repeat the previous step with the lower hole.
1.2.11 Orient the Heater Blocks so they're straight. Make sure the heater blocks still touch the tubing coming out of the side of the body near the
top. Tighten the screws with a 3/32" allen wrench and a 1/4” nut driver. Allow the Heater to protrude 1/32” below the bottom of the block.
1.2.12 Install a
blue
.10w Panduit PLT1M76 4” Cable Tie (22-119727-00), about 3/4” away from the heater blocks around the wires from
both the Heater Cartridge and the Platinum Probe.
1.2.13 Set 3 pieces of Injector Insulation (03-925978-01), over the body of the injector, and slide them up to the bottom of the tubing. If the
insulation will not slide all the way up, it is likely hitting the tubing leaving the injector body (see Fig 1.2.13a). Hold the line coming out
of the lower tee to move the tubing out of the way and push the insulation upwards as shown. (see Fig 1.2.13b).
