SHIPPING BOX ASSEMBLY & PACKING INSTRUCTIONS
1.2.1
Assemble the Inner Box by taping bottom of inner box, using Tape Gun to seal
one end. See Figure 5.
1.2.2
Obtain the Inner Sleeve and fold into square shape, then insert to the inner box
as shown. See Figure 6.
1.2.3
Place the Bagged EFC Module into the Box with the Support Plate side up. Close
top end of the inner box with tape gun. See Figure 7.
1.2.4
Assemble the Outter Box by taping bottom of inner box, using Tape Gun to seal
one end and place one each of Foam Cap with the indent side up. See Figure 8.
1.2.5
Place the inner box inside the outer box and place second Foam Cap on top of
the inner box. Seal the outer box with tape gun as shown in Figure 9a & 9b.
1.2.6
Mark EFC Part Number on outside of the box.
