For 1060, install Glass Insert 37-000813-00 in Burn-In. For 1061 install Glass Insert 03-918339-00 in Burn-In.

Remove & replace septum with aluminum seal.

For 1079 Injectors:
a.
Adjust Sport Valve Flow to 5-10 mL/min.
b.)
Verify flow coming from test column is 30-100 mL/min.
c.
Measure flow at EFC Vent tube, should be
≈
to Total Flow + Flow @ Sport Valve
±
10%.
d.
Press Activate key then Activate Now, (instrument must be in Ready State to Activate).
e.
If the above conditions are not met, determine cause and correct.
f.
Remove injector nut and Septum & install bake out nut and seal, T-8941.
