Mono Options
0%T Calibration
– this calibration is required whenever a lamp
source or optics module is replaced.
Refer to the Calibration section below.
Mono Calibration -
recalibrate the monochromator’s
wavelengths which will load new co-efficients into the EEPROM.
Refer to the Calibration section below.
Wavescan Parameters
– enter parameters here to perform
wavelength scans. A typical scan of the D2 lines can be set up to
verify performance of the detector.
Mono Movement
- drives the monochromator grating motor to
verify its operation. You can slew the motor to a specific
wavelength and also check the bi-polar micro-stepping function.
Clicking “goto zero” will drive the grating to 0nm and will present
the source light image into the flowcell compartment.
