Värmebaronen EP 26E and EP 42E

Compact, high-efficiency electric boilers.
The EP E series for radiator heating, additional
heating or industrial processes.

The EP E-series is available 26W and 42 kW output.
The series features a compact design and high reliability.
The EP E-series is used for heating waterborne systems,
as a complement to a heat pump or industrial processes.

Compact design

Despite its compact size, there is plenty of room for electrical
connections under the boiler’s lid where the automatic
system is centrally gathered. The boiler’s height is only
78 cm, width 28 cm and depth 63 cm.

Seven output stages

The boiler's output is divided into seven output stages,
which can be reduced down to one output stage.
The boiler temperature is adjustable 20-95° C.

Load guard

Load guard for measurement up to 200 amp main fuse.
Current transformers are included.

External control/restriction/blocking

The boilers have connections for external blocking and output
control with a 0-10 Vdc signal.
The input can be adapted for 0-10 or 0-20 mA.
Output available, 0-10 Vdc, for external display of connected
output.

Outdoor temperature compensator

An outdoor temperature sensor is available as an accessory,
which allows you to utilize the outdoor temperature
compensation function, i.e., the supply line temperature is
controlled as a function of outdoor temperature and selected
heating curve.

Stainless immersion heaters

The immersion heaters are made with stainless steel with
a brass head.
The pressure vessel is made of sheet steel and approved
for 4 bar operating pressure.
The connections for the supply/safety line, return line and
drain valve are on the rear of the boiler.

Water flow

From a safety standpoint, the boiler can handle zero flow.
The boiler does not need to be equipped with flow switch.

Alarm indication

The alarm for triggered overheating protection is indicated
and shown in the display, connection is available for external
alarm indication.

Control from heat pump

The EP VP adaptation unit is available to control the boiler's
output from a heat pump with binary control of additional
heating.

Accessories.

Brackets for wall mounting.
Outdoor temperature sensor
