Features

Heating or industrial processes

The E Series contains two boilers with power ratings of 26.2 and 42
kW. The boilers can be used as the source of heat in water-based
heating systems or in industrial processes.

Design

The immersion heaters are made of SS 2353 stainless steel with a
brass head. The pressure vessel is made of steel plating. Connec-
tions for supply/safety and return pipes and the drain valve are on
the rear of the boiler.

Compact design

Despite the compact design, there is plenty of room for electrical
connections under the cover, where the control
systems are located.

Seven power stages

The boiler power is divided into seven stages.
The boiler temperature can be set between 20 and 95 °C. The
temperature control adjusts the connected power according to the
current heating requirement.
The power can be limited to four power stages.
For safety, the boiler can handle zero flow – in other words it does
not need to be fitted with a flow switch.

Load guard

Load guard for power supply on 35- 125 A main fuse. Current trans-
formers are included.

Delayed reconnection

Reconnection after a power failure lasting longer than 3 minutes as
defined in the standards.

External control

The boiler has a connection for externalblocking or power control
with a 0-10 Vdc signal.
There is a 0-10 Vdc output for external display of connected power.

Alarm indication

The overheat alarm is on the front panel, and there is a connection
for an external indicator.

Outdoor temperature compensation

There is an accessory available for outdoor temperature compen-
sation, UTK E, to adjust the supply temperature according to the
outdoor temperature and the selected heating curve.

Accessories

•  Outdoor temperature compensator UTK E controls the cartridge tem-

perature as a function of the outdoor temperature and selected heating

curve.
