Mounting of the protective cover 

 

 

Attach the safety guard to the gear 
case and fix it up with the clamp and 
6 bolts securely.

Cutting attachment mounting 

 

 

Set correctly the inner holder and the 
outer holder to the gear shaft. 

 

Screw the attached bold into the gear 
shaft and secure it with the spanner. 

 

Screw the nylon cutter into the bolt 
by fixing the inner holder with the L-
shaped bar and tighten it manually. 

7.4 

Cutting blade mounting 

Attention!  During  your  work  with  the  cutting  device  always  wear  work 
gloves in order to avoid cutting injuries. 

Attention! Use only metal cutting blades, which are not damaged or twisted. 

 

 

Set the inner holder to the gear shaft, and turn to 
fix with the attached L-shaped bar. 

 

Put the blade on the inner holder with letters to the 
gear case, and match correctly the hole of the 
blade to the projection of the inner holder. 

 

Set the outer holder to the gear shaft with the 
hollowed face to the blade. 

 

Put the attached bolt cover on the outer holder and 
secure it with the bolt (left screw)together with the 
spring washer and the washer.
