Attaching the sandpaper (Fig. 2) 

 

Before any work on the machine itself, pull the main plug. 

 

To attach sanding paper, first remove all dirt or foreign matter from the sanding base plate. 
Then attach the sanding paper to the sanding base plate, using the hook-and-loop system 
of the sanding paper and the sanding base plate. 

 

Make sure the perforations in the paper coincide with those on the sanding base plate, to 
ensure optimal dust collection. 

 

The sandpaper should rest flush on the base plate and must not come loose. 

 

Select sandpaper with the correct grain size. 

 

You can be sure to find the right sandpaper among our product range (see accessories).

Using the dust exhaust connection (Fig. 3) 

 

To install: push and slide the dust adaptor (6) through the slots which there are on the 
sides of the rear housing of this tool and rotate the adaptor (6) clockwise, make sure the 
dust adaptor (6) into place and it is secure before begging operation. 

 

To remove: When removing the dust adaptor, follow the above procedure in reverse order.  

The dust adaptor shall be connecting together with an external vacuum cleaner to take away 
the dust in dust cover.

9  CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE 

Attention! Before performing any work on the equipment, pull the power 
plug. 

9.1 

Cleaning 

 

Keep the ventilation slots of the machine clean to prevent overheating of the engine. 

 

Regularly clean the machine housing with a soft cloth, preferably after each use. 

 

Keep the ventilation slots free from dust and dirt. 

 

If the dirt does not come off use a soft cloth moistened with soapy water. 

Never use solvents such as petrol, alcohol, ammonia water, etc. These 
solvents may damage the plastic parts.
