The ventilation unit assures a healthy indoor climate through continuous
ventilation. A certain minimum ventilation flow is always necessary for this.
The device is therefore not equipped with an on/off switch. The resident must
make sure that the plug of the device is always in the socket and that the
socket is live.
The ventilation system is a balance ventilation system with heat recovery, allo-
wing a comfortable and healthy indoor climate to be guaranteed in a controlled
manner.
Only a professional installer is competent to open the ventilation unit. The
installer must use the equipment that is appropriate for each of the activities.
The electronic parts of the ventilation unit may be live.
In case of a defect, contact a professional installer and
have repairs performed only by expert personnel.
This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) having
reduced physical, sensory or intellectual abilities, or who lack experience and
knowledge, unless they are under the supervision of or receive instructions
for using the device from a person who is responsible for their safety. Children
must be under supervision so as to ensure that they do not play with the
device.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, the
after-sales service or persons with comparable qualifications, so as to avoid
danger.
The user is responsible for the safe removal of the ventilation unit at the end of
its service life, in accordance with the locally applicable statutes or regulations.
You can also turn the device in at a collection point for used electric devices.
