MAINTENANCE OF VENTILATION UNIT
CLEANING FILTERS
Vasco recommends cleaning the filters every 3 months.
1. Open the filter flap.
2. Remove both filters by carefully pulling on the lip of the filter.
3. Remove the large particulates using a vacuum cleaner. Vacuum only the
top (receiving part) of the filters.
4. In the same way, put both filters back carefully into the ventilation unit.
Mount the filters according to the up-down orientation of the arrow,
so that the text is legible.
5. Mount the filter flap.
FILTER ALERT
The ventilation unit is equipped with an automatic filter alert that indicates
when the filters have to be replaced. The filters have a service life of 6 months.
If replacement is necessary, while operating the position switch the
LED on the position switch lights up orange twice in succession.
REPLACING FILTERS
1. Open the filter flap.
2. Remove both filters by carefully pulling on the lip of the filter.
3. Carefully insert and slide the new F7 filter
and M5 filter
into
the ventilation unit. Mount the filters according to the up-down orientation
of the arrow, so that the text is legible.
4. Mount the filter flap.
5A. If with the RF 3-position switch: Reset the filter alert by simultaneously
pressing, during at least 4 seconds, on the button "position 1" and "timer"
of the RF 3-position switch, until the LED lights up green.
