18 MOUNTING PREPARATIONS
The supply fan
to home
is reversible. It is therefore possible to link the
ventilation unit with the duct network from above or from below (i.e. one or
the other).
TURN SUPPLY FAN:
• Remove the filter flap.
• Unscrew the filter door.
• Pull on the ribbon of the heat exchanger, never remove this ribbon!
• Tilt the fan by making use of the lip on the spiral casing. Press the lip
down before pulling it towards you. Tilt the fan until the cable connectors
on back end are visible.
• Detach the connectors.
• Turn the spiral casing 180°.
• Link the connectors.
• Push the spiral casing back into the fan compartment.
• Mount everything back into the ventilation unit.
• Remove the EPP cap from the bottommost duct.
• Place the plastic sleeve on the "to home" connection at the bottom of
the ventilation unit.
