Overview
There are two separate sources of information generated on the aXsGUARD Identifier from the Convenience Layer
and from the IDENTIKEY component. Information sourced from the Convenience layer supports logging (explained
in section
). Information sourced from the IDENTIKEY component supports auditing and reporting:
Auditing can be managed through the aXsGUARD Identifier Configuration Tool (see section
Administration Interfaces) using the live audit viewer. Auditing happens in real time, allowing administrators to
view a limited number of recent events. Auditing is explained in section
Reporting provides standard and customized reports based on the data stored in the aXsGUARD Identifier
configuration and audit databases.
The Administration Web Interface allows you to run existing reports and to create new reports. Reporting is
explained in this section.
