1. Navigate to E-mail 

 Distribution List.

2. Select the list for which you want to configure an automated response.

3. Configure the auto-response settings as explained in the 

table below

.

4. Update your configuration.

1. Navigate to E-mail 

 General

2. Check auto-response active

3. A new tab will appear. Complete the settings as explained in the table below.

4. Update your configuration.

Check to enable. Uncheck to disable.

Start

Enter the Start time in the 

DD/MM/YYYY hh:mm

 format.

End

Enter the End time in the 

DD/MM/YYYY hh:mm

Notify sender

Select the desired frequency.

Auto-response Subject

The subject of the auto-response message.
