The following options are only visible if "Use aXsGUARD Gatekeeper services for Webmail" is
disabled.

Trash Folder
Name
This is the name of the folder where deleted messages are stored. Deleted
messages are not stored if this field is left empty. A user can overrule this
default setting with a user-specific setting in the webmail interface.
Sent
Folder
Name
This is the name of the folder where copies of sent messages are stored.
No copies of sent messages are stored if this field is left empty. A user
can overrule this default setting with a user-specific setting in the webmail
interface.

Folder
Name
This is the name of the folder where draft messages are stored. No draft
messages are stored if this field is left empty. A user can overrule this default
setting with a user-specific setting in the webmail interface.
Allow

This option allows users who are not registered on the AXS GUARD to
connect to the Webmail back-end server.
IMAP Server
Address
Enter "localhost" or the internal IP address of the IMAP server.
IMAP Server
Type
Select the IMAP server type from the drop-down menu (Cyrus, Courier,
Exchange, University of Washington (UW) or Other).
SMTP Server
Address
Enter “localhost” or the internal IP address of the SMTP server.

Address

To allow access to Webmail at the group level:
1. Log on to the appliance as explained in the System Administration How To.
2. Navigate to Users & Groups
