For warranty services, please contact vBike at support@vbike.ca. Parts returned without proper
documentation may be delayed service or denied warranty coverage. Warranty return shipping
costs, duty and taxes are the responsibility of the claimant. All unauthorized returns will be refused.
Proof of purchase is required with any warranty request.
Note that Insurance policies may not provide coverage for accidents involving vBike electric bikes.
To determine if coverage is provided, you should contact your insurance company or agent. vBike
serves the right to change its warranty at any time. Please visit www.vbike.ca for updated
information.
This warranty does not cover any damage or defects as a result of failure to follow instructions in
the owner’s manual, acts of God, accidents, neglect, misuse, abuse, commercial use, wear and tear,
water damage, alterations, modification, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended
or compatible with the ebike as sold, operator mistakes, excessive riding, stunt riding or improper
follow-up maintenance. This warranty does not include normal wear and tear or parts which will
wear down over time after consumption, such as tires, tubes, brake pad, handlebar grips, cables,
housing and spokes.
vBike will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any
unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. In no event vBike is responsible for any direct,
indirect or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages for personal injury,
property damage or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or product
liability in connection with their products. All claims to this warranty must be made through MAPTEC
Inc. (vBike).

Storage: Store your battery above 32°F (0°C) and below 140°F (60°C).
Store with battery level between 30-60% charge & avoid storage when fully empty or fully charged.
Generally, Lithium-Ion batteries can lose about 3-5% of their charge per month while being stored.
Charging: Stay above 41°F (5°C) and below 113°F (45°C) when charging, and definitely don’t charge
below 32°F (0°C). Only charge the battery indoors in dry spaces and the ideal temperature for
charging your battery is between 10 - 25°C. Riding: Operate your ebike battery below the
temperature of 140°F (60°C) in summer and in winter above 14°F (-10°C) and if you are going to
ride out in the cold, keep the battery at room temperature before doing so.
