Remember, however, that large waves always carry
serious danger to the stability of the boat.
Note that the stability of your boat is deteriorating
from exposure to any weight located at height and
can even turn the boat over. All changes to cargo
placement can significantly affect stability of the
boat, its trim, and power. If you are planning such
changes - contact boat manufacturer.
The amount of water in the bottom of the boat
should be minimal since water moving along the bot-
tom of a boat always worsens its stability.
Note that stability may deteriorate when towing.
Safety requirements
The boat design corresponds to the safety require
-
ments and ensures safe operation with observance of
the following limitations:
» Cargo capacity, engine power, and the number of
passengers must not exceed those specified in this
manual.
» Luggage and passengers must be placed in desig-
nated places.
» Do not leave the boat while in motion.
» Do not use the boat with faulty parts and units.
» It is not allowed to use the boat which failed to
pass the state technical inspection.
» Do not use the stern ladder during motion.
»
Towing is not allowed without proper certified
equipment.
» When getting on the boat and moving inside it use
caution and move along the middle of the boat. Board
the boat one person at a time.
» The ship is potentially a dangerous vehicle in terms
of tipping over.
» You must have life preservers corresponding to the
number of people on board.
»
The boat must be equipped according to the rules
for equipping seagoing ships.
» It is not allowed to stand up, walk in the boat, or
sit on boards during motion.
» Access to the aft platforms during the movement
of the boat is not allowed.
»
Persons under the influence of alcohol or without
license to drive the boat must not operate it.
»
Avoid going offshore in inclement weather.
»
During flotation you must closely watch the sur

roundings, move and maneuver only at a safe speed.
