The XTi records live TV programs directly to an external storage, with options of a removable USB storage or
supported network storage. You can record Free-to-Air or Pay-TV CI programs as they air or schedule a future

The XTi records the actual broadcast quality, capturing the TV stream up to full HD 1080p with surround sound
and even 3D when available or UHD 4K on XTi-3442-52.
Recording single or even multiple programs at the same time is possible if your removable storage is fast
enough.
