2.4.7 Data upload using USB port
To save the BVDR data to the USB disk, scroll to the
“USB file recording”, press
and select the option you want: last 24 hours, last 7 days, since the last
collection or last 90 days. After selecting the desired option, the recording
progress screen is displayed. After this, a screen will appear informing that the
recording was completed successfully.
In case of ignition off, BVDR will complete the USB
uploading process in progress and then enter into
Power Saving Mode.
BVDR might not recognize some kind of USB disks or
defective USB disks. In case of this occurrence remove
the USB disk, turn Iignition off for 10 seconds, and then
turn the ignition on again. If the issue persists please
change the USB disk to another one in good use
conditions. VDO is not responsible for the improper
functioning of some types of USB disks.
The data stored in USB disk can be viewed as a report
through the
VDO On Board
platform.
For more information visit: www.fleet.vdo.com.br.
Attention
The memory of the BVDR has corresponding capacity of at
least seven (7) days of vehicle operation counted by the
second, and therefore the oldest data will be overwritten by
the latest data when recording reaches the total storage
capacity. The extraction of data in less than or equal intervals
to seven (7) days to prevent data loss is recommended.
